Established in 1994, an interpreter certified by the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), Communique, known in the Deaf community as "CQ" is based in Santa Rosa, California. We have earned a reputation for prompt and reliable service by certified and qualified interpreters. We provide services from Monterey north to the Oregon border.
